NEW THIS YEAR BAYNES SPINNING WHEELS We have just started carrying the Baynes upright, double treadle spinning wheel from New Zealand. This is a solid wood wheel, with nice styling and size. It comes with your choice of two flyer heads, plus you can also purchase a jumbo flyer with bobbins. The lazy kate is built into the wheel. This wheel is so nice my husband wants to learn how to spin! It is a great value also at $360.00 (unfinished). Stained wheels are also available, email for pricing. We'll even include spinning lessons if you come pick up the wheel. If we ship, there is assembly required. Wellspring Farm Hand Made Soap and Wooden Soap Dish
I make my soap in small batches using olive, coconut, palm and vegetable oils, sodium hydroxide, spring water and quality fragrance oils. No artificial colors or preservatives are used. I handcut the bars and let them age for four to six weeks. Because of the method I use in making the soaps the natural glycerine is retained, resulting in a bar of soap kind to your skin.

If you would like to visit our shop on the farm, we will be open Thursdays and Fridays, 1 till 5 from starting April 3. We will be hosting a high school class on April 10, and the shop will be closed on May 2. We also sell at the Mars Hill Farmers Market on saturdays, starting in April. MOORIT ROVINGS SALE It's winter time, holidays are done, and a good time to work on some of your own pet projects. These rovings are from our Moorit Corriedale sheep. Soft, clean and in lovely natural brown and cream shades.
