DIRECTIONS TO WELLSPRING FARM
Mapquest or Google Maps will NOT get you to Wellspring Farm or Wellspring Lane (which is a private lane) You can
get to Riddle Branch Road, Burnsville using GPS. Wellspring Lane is the first right off Riddle Branch Road.

From Interstate I-26 north (towards TN) take
the Burnsville Exit/#9. Take a right at the bottom of the ramp. Stay on 19 for 8.2 miles.
Make a left onto Scronce Creek Road (you'll
see signs for the Buck House Inn). After turning left onto Scronce take first right to continue, and drive over
the mountain for 7.5 miles.
Turn left onto Riddle
Turn right onto Wellspring Lane. It is a dirt and gravel driveway not the paved driveway that has
a gate across it, that is a private home (and do not open the gate, there are no gates going to the farm). You will
drive a short distance through woods. At the farm sign/fork in the driveway bear right and drive to the top of
the driveway/second house to park.
will be in the mountains so cell reception is spotty. Most folks lose cell reception at the top of the mountain.
IF totally lost and can't call us, ask folks to get you Riddle Branch or Bee Log school. Riddle Branch is
approximately 1-1/2 miles from Bee Log school.
We love to have visitors who want to
see and learn what we do and meet the animals. We are a working farm, Not a petting zoo. We are happy to
host farm tours of 6 or more people. Tours usually average 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Visitors will be able to
interact with some of the llamas. Our tours are educational tours in which we will introduce the various animals
we raise for wool and fiber and also discuss the process of turning wool into a useable product. Most of the tour
occurs in and around the main barn with plenty of sheltered areas, so tours are held rain or shine, except for extreme
conditions. Tours are available May through October.
cost: 8.50 per person (7.95 plus tax)

Each year we host either workshops or tour/workshops
for interested groups. The barn has a large covered deck which is a suitable outdoor classroom and also lunch
area. For classes or groups our tour/workshop combination can be tailered to specific interests and budgets. Prices are dependent on the nature of the event. School discounts are given for
